Where we ship

Shipping is free on every order within the USA. We ship within the USA. If you live outside the United States, please email quickprintsinbox@gmail.com before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

How your ketubah is packed

Every ketubah ships flat in rigid, thick cardboard to protect it from bending. Framed ketubahs arrive ready to hang.

Production timeline

We email your digital proof within 24 hours of your order.
You (and your rabbi or officiant, if you wish) review and approve it.
We print your ketubah, frame it if selected, and ship it.

Your order goes into production only after you approve your proof, so a quick approval means a quicker delivery. Printed ketubahs take about 5 business days to print after you approve your proof, plus about 7 days for delivery in the USA. Papercut ketubahs are handmade in Jerusalem and take about 1 month. Need it sooner or overnight? Email us before ordering. We recommend ordering 2 to 3 months before your wedding. See How to Order for the full timeline.

Rush orders

Need your ketubah sooner? Email quickprintsinbox@gmail.com with your wedding date before you order. We will do our very best to meet your date, but we can't guarantee rush timing.

Returns & replacements

Every ketubah is personalized and made to order for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your ketubah arrives damaged, or with an error on our side, we will replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at quickprintsinbox@gmail.com.

Please check your proof carefully

Your approved proof is what we print. Before you approve, please double-check every name, Hebrew spelling, date, city and text version, and share the proof with your rabbi or officiant. We print exactly what you approve, so a careful final check makes all the difference.
