Return & Refund Policy

Every ketubah is personalized and made to order for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damaged items or our error

If your ketubah arrives damaged, or with an error on our side (for example, a name or date that differs from your approved proof), we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at quickprintsinbox@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Your approved proof

Before printing we email you a digital proof. We print exactly what you approve, so please check every name, Hebrew spelling, date, city and text version carefully before approving.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. Once the proof is approved and production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear.
